Many customers experience damage to a fiber cable or conduit during excavation, renovation, or remodeling. Fibertel supports selected customer-side work - such as fiber splicing/restoration, relocation of fiber outlets, and structured data cabling - with clear labeling and documentation.

If the issue is in the provider's network, or if the work involves a network owner's cabinet/distribution point outside your premises, please contact the ISP/network owner first to confirm scope and obtain any required approvals.
